- All dog treats are made to order and baked fresh each Wednesday.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
- When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Payment must be received before an order is processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
SHIPPING POLICY
- All treats are baked to order. Orders ship the Monday following the Wednesday bake.
- USPS or UPS may be used at our discretion.
- Flat rate shipping is $8.50. Orders over $75 ship free.
- We currently ship only to the lower 48 United States.
- Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Roscoe & Stella is not responsible for replacement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Due to the perishable nature of dog treats, all sales are final.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Roscoe & Stella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
