This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and shipped for purchases made through roscoenstella.com.
All Roscoe & Stella dog treats are made fresh to order to ensure the highest quality for your pup.
MADE‑TO‑ORDER SCHEDULE
- All treats are baked every Wednesday
- Orders placed after Tuesday will be included in the following week’s bake
- Because treats are made to order, production cannot be expedited
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- All orders ship the Monday following the Wednesday bake
- USPS or UPS will be used at random based on cost, speed, and route
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
SHIPPING RATES
- Flat rate shipping: $8.50 on all orders under $49
- Free shipping on orders over $49 (after discounts, Lower 48)
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- We currently ship only to the lower 48 United States
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations
- Some carriers may have limitations delivering to P.O. boxes
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
- Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control
TRACKING INFORMATION
- Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Roscoe & Stella is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help file a claim
- Photos may be required for damaged shipments
ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information
- Roscoe & Stella is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
