All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the United States such as USPS.

All orders placed before 2:00 pm est are processed the same day and orders after 2:00pm est are processed next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

All Cookie & Treat orders are MADE TO ORDER usually ship within 3 days of purchase.

Orders are shipped USPS 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Depending on volume it can take up to 3-5 days for your order to process, depending on busy times of year.

After processing your order, shipping takes around 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at its final destination.

To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through the shipping process.

If you received a tracking number via email, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your tracking information changes from “On Its Way” to “In Transit”, it only takes about 3-8 business days to arrive.

Please Note: In case of inclement weather please allow a few more days while it may be Sunny by you, there may be weather events beyond our and our shippers control throughout the country.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at [email protected]

Returns
We accept returns when items are damaged and/or defective. All other sales are final.

Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 8 business days or less. However, with the holiday season some delays may occur due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, etc. We apologize in advance if your order falls in this category, however transportation is what causes delays.
