TACOMA WA Stand Up For Pits happens Oct 13th at the Tacoma Comedy Club!! At this magical event we will be showing the award winning documentary Saving Jones! This will be the only showing of the film so don’t miss it. Following the screening there will be a Q&A with writer/director Rebecca Corry with special appearances by some special humans who are in the film. There will be merchandise for sale, a massive silent auction and of course the SUFP Supply Drive which has raised thousands upon thousands worth of desperately needed shelter supplies. Please start gathering supplies now to bring with you or drop off. You do not need a ticket to drop off shelter supplies. Tacoma is one of the best cities in the nation for donating shelter supplies so lets keep up the tradition going!

Do whatever it takes to get yourself to the event this year and bring people with you. Bring people in your life who are uneducated on what is happening to pit bull type dogs and/or don’t own dogs at all. The film is for them and SUFP welcomes and encourages people in and outside of animal welfare to join us in helping make communities safe for humans and pets through the work SUFP does.
