Important Notice to Our Customers

We want to share some honest news with you. Due to the ongoing and, frankly, frustrating trade war, we’re now facing increased costs—particularly for our packaging, which is not locally sourced.

While all of our cookies and treats are proudly made right here in Chicago with locally sourced ingredients, our packaging has always come from outside the U.S. With the current situation, continuing to use our usual packaging has become much more expensive. Switching to local packaging would cost nearly twice as much, which could force us to raise prices by $9—and we don’t want to do that to you.

So for now, we’re making a smaller adjustment and increasing prices by $3.

We’re actively searching for an affordable local packaging supplier so we can keep our products fairly priced without compromising quality. Business has been steady, but not booming enough to absorb these extra costs without some changes.
